Fees & Important Matters (Mini-Group) (2022)
Mini / Small -Group (max 4) Tuition will be conducted at tutor's classroom at:
Beauty World Centre (2 min sheltered walk from Beauty World MRT Station)
1. Fees
(Primary 1 - 4): 4 lessons x 1.5h @ $180
(Primary 5 - 6): 4 lessons x 1.5h @ $ 210
(Primary 5 - 6): 4 lessons x 2h @ $280 (for students who need extended learning)
2. Fees are collected (for 4 lessons) before the commencement of the classes. A deposit of 4 lessons will also be collected which will be used to offset the last 4 lessons of the academic year. Fees stated during promotional activities will be valid till the end of the academic year only unless otherwise stated.
3. Once a student signs up, fees are payable even if he or she misses a lesson. However, replacement lessons may be arranged, subjected to availability and time limitations. Each student may request up to only one replacement lesson per month. Duration of replacement class for group lessons will be 1-1 & approximately 2/3 of the original duration. For a full duration replacement, student may join a class of a similar subject and level, subjected to availability
4. There is a one-time, non-refundable, material fee of $15 per academic year. This is payable regardless of when the student signs up and joins the classes. The fees include custom-printed notes and worksheets for your child. Students sitting for PSLE may be asked to purchase other revision materials. Parents will be notified if it is necessary.
5. Prior to attending classes, a student may be required to take a short diagnostic assessment. This test will help identify his or her strengths and weaknesses and assist in class placement (if any).
6. If a student is unwell with a disease such as SARS-CoV-2, HFMD, Chicken Pox, please alert the centre so that immediate disinfection is carried out to prevent the spread of the disease at the centre. The student is required to be certified well by a registered doctor or present a negative ART/PCR test result (for SARS-CoV-2) before resuming classes. If a student has been issued a Health Risk Notice or has been informed of being in close contact with someone CoV-2 positive, he will be expected to present a negative ART/PCR before resuming physical lessons. However, the resumption of physical lessons will be at the discretion of the centre, in consideration of the well-being of other students and staff at the centre.
(Parents will need to bear the cost of operation, if the centre is closed temporarily for disinfection or if the tutor contracts the disease from your child, when your child attends classes when not certified fit and /or when parents fail to alert the centre that your child has contracted the disease.)
7. On the event that a student is unable to continue classes, parents are required to inform the centre at least one month before the last lesson. On the event of insufficient notice, any paid lessons and the deposit will not be refunded.
8. I Can Write Too Tuition Centre reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
